FAQ's

Do you do custom designs?

Yes, custom work is our specialty. Send us inspiration photos, your stone shape, carat, gold color and budget, and we'll design it with you. Past custom work includes ear jackets, initial pendants, necklace stacks, graduated tennis necklaces and colored-stone pieces.
How does a custom order work?

Send us your idea by DM or through the contact form, and we'll reply with a quote and full specs. Once you approve, you pay a 50% deposit and we send an invoice with every detail. We then handcraft your piece in 1–3 weeks, and you pay the balance at pickup or before shipping.
How long does a made-to-order piece take?

Made-to-order pieces usually take 1–3 weeks, as each one is handcrafted for you. We'll keep you updated along the way. For special dates, message us so we can plan around your deadline.
Can you use my own diamond?

Yes. Bring or send us your loose stone, and we'll design a setting for it: a pendant, a ring or earrings.
Do I get a certificate?

Yes. IGI-certified stones come with their certificate. If yours is missing from your box, message us and we'll send it right away.
